1. In my recent stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the courtesy, care and helpful attitude of every one in the hotel from Bell captain to Coincierge service and Asstt.

4. Of course we were quite exhausted and probably looked a bit out of place with all the nicely dressed couples but we didn't really care and were looked after very well.

7. I was disgusted to say the least as I do not have roaches in my own home nor do I care to bring any into my home after staying at a filthy hotel.
