1. Overall, I am being somewhat generous with a 3 star rating, if I were paying for the trips, I would not stay there as I see very little value for what you receive.

2. We had just a brief one night stop in Miami, and found the hotel to be extremely comfortable with a generous sized room and bathroom.

3. The staff were all generally very helpful, but being a Platinum member I was surprised I didn't get upgrades and some other perks I've come accustomed to at other IHG hotels.
