2. The pool was clean and warm, and the gym has older equipment, but is very tidy and clean and the minute someone uses a water or towel, it is promptly replaced.

3. We had a balcony and when we asked the bellman if we could get chairs, he cheerfully said he would handle it, and promptly returned to say they were coming and to give us two free drinks for the inconvenience (which we didn't use but thought was very nice).

4. Used valet parking for my rental car and the retrieve service was excellent and very prompt regardless of the time of day or night, very late and very early included.
