1. Between trying to get fresh towels everyday and uncleanliness of the facility, I was very disappointed.

Excellent hotel location, very well maintained and top of the class for the Marriott branch but the breakfast buffet was very dissapointing: poor variety of products, pastry buffet really needs to be improved, none of the pastries and breads are freshly baked (all pre-packaged), expresso machine was not working and the service at the restaurant is not what you expect at the JW Marriott.
