3. I would not recommend it for huge conference events, because it gets so difficult to get up and down the floors with there being only 4 elevators.

7. Also, I was expecting a package to be delivered at the hotel, and when it got there they had a huge mess with all the packages and they couldn't even find mine and it turned up stored but not even logged on their records.

9. When we got there, they upgraded us to the where they had a remaining king -- Room 2100 -- the 'Boardroom Suite,' which, believe it or not, actually has a smaller-than-normal sized bedroom with a king -- and an entire boardroom with a huge table in an adjoining room, with a view of the water.

The room had a city view with a huge flat screen TV, Computer with free Wi-Fi, desk, Nirvae Botanical toilitries, a very nice bathroom, comfortable, clean bedding, a mini bar, excercise facilities complete with compimentary cranberry juice and saunas, a rooftop pool and hot tub (the hot tub was inoperable and being repaired on our visit), Very nice lounge chairs by the pool.
