9. It has nice upscale decor in the rooms (including the obligatory blues/Memphis stuff, nice, new looking carpet (within the last three or four years I'd say, and the bedding was clean and soft.

10. I was first given a room next door to the boiler room, no other non smoking rooms avail after much work on my end eventually moved to a new room the next day the room had hair of bathroom wall and the toilet was not clean.
