4. There is the usual rip-off valet fee ($20/night) that you expect in downtown hotels, but at least they give you unlimited ins and outs, and it's the same at all the big hotels in Memphis.

8. Everything was very clean in the room except the old stained carpet but rarely do I ever walk barefoot on hotel carpets anyway so not that big of deal just don`t forget to bring your flip flops.
