3. I can probably count 8 staff members that I came within a few feet of and every time they struck up a conversation with me, asked how my stay was and if they could do anything to make it even better.

10. Woken up one morning about 4am by drunk noisy guests in the hotel (not the hotels fault) but maybe some better sound proofing with fix that problem.
