1. We called down to the lobby and of course, they then tell us that the rooms we were told they did not have a room with a scenic view(btw this was on a mon-tues) I then asked for a security box to store some valuables and they gave me a old beated and bent security box.

7. It's not flashy in anyway but good for a single traveler who doesn't want to spend a lot on accommodation but wants the security of a brand name hotel.

9. Check in staff were really friendly and helpful, they keep security boxes behind the main desk for you, great place to store the valuables you dont want to carry.

10. My wife slept through so I didn't get up to phone reception, however i did report it in the morning and the reception were sympathetic to my concern and promised to raise it with the duty manager and alert security about it.
