1. Just across the street is the upscale Peabody Hotel, which conveniently provided us with amenities not present in the Holiday Inn--beautiful lobby bar with piano music, newstand, deli and of course the great march of the ducks.

Sun is on same street & is far, but not too far if able) Breakfast buffet was good with many choices, and thanks to previous reviews of parking garage elevators, we chose to avoid them by using the stairs (parked close to our floor) and this was easy & convenient although I am not a stair climber.
