1. Back at the Holiday Inn, our rooms were comfortable, the breakfast a reasonable price, maintenace request promptly handled, housekeepers fine though uneven in small details like replacing used glasses, However, the place is a bit funky and definitely in need of renovation in the public areas.

3. really? One of the main reasons I asked for a suite was for a fridge to store medicines, i called down to the lobby to see if they had extra for our room and of course no, and i explained why i needed it and they could care less so i had to soak my medicines in ice water and change it several times, because the air conditioner in the room did not keep the room cooler than 60 degrees.

4. We called to see if we could get one for our room for this reason and was told no with out any care or concern as to helping us with that.

9. Our rooms overlooked the street on the 11th floor with views of the Peabody and Beal street and yes there is a lot of noise from outside, traffic and Harleys most of all, also a very noisy ice machine out side our bedroom door, they leave ear plugs next to the bed for a reason.

10. As with the other reviews its a mixed bag, yes the decor is dated and the bathroom is tiny but its clean and comfortable and for the money we paid no real reason to complain.
