2. My wife and I stayed two days in this wonderful renovated motel built in the 1953, pink decor, set in a lush tropical setting with 80 foot tall palm trees, with clean rooms , very reasonable costs, freindly service, next to a Dennys.

3. I wouldn't be writing in because the price pretty much says it all, but some of the reviews make it sound like a wonderful hotel and it's important that people know that their $60 is only buying you a room that is worth $60 less.

4. The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, but the door didn't touch the threshold and there was a large gap at that point that made you wonder what could get in.

Also seems to be a large population of local vagrants that try to con money out of you as I was stupid enough to fall for the first day, I felt a lot happier the second stay when we were told we could park in th back lot (which is inside the security fence and accessed with the room key) as i often wondered if the car would still be outisde in the morning when parked in the main car park.

6. Once you get inside the secure fenced area, you are treated to beautifully cared for gardens, old LA 1920s style and a wonderful poolside continental breakfast.
