1. Rooms, although exterior, were secure by fence around property.

2. The room was reasonably clean and spacious, but noisy thoughout the night, and didn't feel particularly secure (although I didn't experience any problems).

3. Laundry room closes at 9pm which is also where the communal microwave is kept, but security will gladly unlock laundry doors for you on request.
