1. The problem is, that the hotel seems to be placed in the middle of a huge (30-50 persons) campsite for the homeless.

4. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is comfortable, clean, safe, and right on the beach and the hugely entertaining boardwalk, where you can listen to music, get a tattoo, join a religion, and count the medical marijuana dispensaries -- all in one block.
