1. In summer/peak season I'm sure it isn't as bad, but in November it was deserted on weekdays except for loud homeless people who heckled you occasionally when you walked past.

I would like to thank 'you' for the wonderful stay at your Hotel-I cant remember the name of the beautiful blond receptionist, but she totally made our experience exceptional by recommending great cafe's to eat at and placing us in a great room, my exgirlfriend and I hadn't seen each other in a couple of years , so the stay at your Hotel and in LA, made for a great get together again even though we went our separate ways after.

3. The rooms were clean (except for a wet spot from an apparent coffee spill on the floor) and even the large windows with a view to the ocean were nearly spotless.

7. 2`x2` refrigerator cabinet was the only piece of furniture in the room, so there was no place to set anything except the floor.
