1. It took 3 phone conversations to sort this mess out and as of right now I'm not positive that the situation has been properly resolved.

8. The position of the Four Points makes it convenient, you can walk to the most important car hire (Budget is in front, not far from Avis, Hertz is a 5 minute walk along Airport Boulevard).
