1. I only had to wait 1 hr and 20 min for my room and I loved that there is a Starbucks in the lobby.

8. Front desk staff was very professional but friendly and made our special request to be on an upper floor facing the runway happen in a heartbeat - my husband loved watching the planes and the runway lights at night.
