4. There are much better hotels near LAX, Starwood and non-starwood, and I would recommend any of them over this one.

7. The gentleman at the desk implied that we had been allocated a better room after I had done this, so I wonder what sort of room we would have got had I not signed up? The location is good for LAX, and the free shuttle was efficient and appreciated.
