7. This sounds like user error on my part, I know, but this happened both times I went to watch TV.

8. The hotel lists 'private balconies' as a feature of each room, however it is not a balcony with chairs on which you can relax, but rather a standing balcony (like those found in some European hotels), that would be nice for admiring a nice view.

9. We like it because it's close to the Getty and the Hammer Museum and it's easy to find -- nice for the geographically challenged.
