4. we stayed here for couple of nights after long deliberation and were very happy with all facilities available, we could not fault the room for comfort and cleanliness and situation of hotel right on the 405 very easy to find,easy access down to coast or into hollywood and local attractions/shopping.

5. And yes, we were followed by the 'valets' to this parking area, which was unbelievably creepy; they made it very clear they were not happy about the situation, and we felt more than a little frightened by their aggressive behavior.

The service was exquisite including the happy hour reception in the lobby, the check-in staff (they also readily printed my airline boarding pass), the parking lot staff, the lobby snack bar staff, and the top floor restaurant service (evening hors d'oeuvres at the bar as well as several breakfasts were taste treats).
