We were not told anything about the Hotel Angeleno policy regarding relinquishing your keys to rude and demanding hotel employees in the unlit parking area, and then holding your car keys ransom during your stay, nor about mandatory valet parking that, to say the least, isn't offered for guest comfort and convenience.
