1. Although a little dated and in need of new paint and carpets, the rooms and large and like a studio apartment.

2. My thirteen year old son and I even went for a walk on Hollywood Bouvelard at 10:00 PM on new Years Eve, and I felt fine.

3. They do ask you to clean the dishes you use but that's ok, especially since the dishes were nice and clean and new looking.

8. The suite itself (room 210) is spacious, with a new flat screen TV and dresser but the whole place has a feel of being old and basic, but we are fine with that - after all, it was also on the whole clean, safe and roomy.

10. This year our room, # 304, has brand-new air-conditioners (2 of them), brand-new televisions (2 of them also), a brand-new stove in the full kitchen and a brand-new refrigerator.
