1. Orchid is a decent and cheaper alternate to Magic Castle, especially if you want to be closer to the action and don't need or want to pay for a separate bedroom.

3. We bought universal studios tickets from the reception which is even cheaper than the Universal ticket counter and we dint have to wait for any lines to enter.

5. Didn't cook anything in the kitchen (there are plenty of restaurants and quick stops in the area), but found the fridge to be a convenient and cheaper way to keep leftovers and drinks than going out for more.
