5. We were particularly impressed with the woman who was on duty when we checked in on 8/18 (sorry, I can't recall her name) Every time we came in or went out, she asked where we going and whether we needed any help (but not in a nosy way).

6. We were impressed when we arrived in a taxi from Anaheim and the staff member was expecting us and then held the garage door open for us so we could wheel our bags to the lift rather than lug them up the stairs.
