1. The other nit I'd have was the prices in their convenience/gift shop - made airport gift shops look like Walmart.

3. Again - absolute only place to stay if your visiting Universal Studios - actually we had booked it for 1 night of our vacation - ended up extending our stay 2 more nights just because we felt like Kings, Queens and a Prince.

5. This is a lovely hotel and although it is not centrally located it was worth the journey as you truly feel like you are a millionaire living high in the Hollywood Hills - plus the beautiful lit up palm trees outside the hotel at night are stunning.

6. I do like that they have an outlet right next to the bed near the tv so you can iron and still watch tv.

7. Great service- even walked our family to the elevator and pressed the button for our floor- like it was 1920 in NY or something.

8. The bathroom was just like a spa bathroom, very roomy, clean, modern and very good lighting.

9. The only thing that we did not like is that their buffet is near the lobby and the foods were displayed where people are walking back and fort with luggages or going to and from meetings or other events.

10. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to Universal Studios, which is a great attraction if you like movies and entertainment.
