1. The concierge took care of the car and unloaded our bags, its was done politely and professionally.

4. Plus they do offer a free shuttle every 15 minutes from the hotel to there as well, but be careful it only runs until 4 pm during the winter months.

6. careful though - floors can be slick although I think they re-surfaced the tubs awhile ago so they aren't slick anymore ( a good thing).

10. I do however find the placement of the refrigerator a bit strange, it isnt really part of the room interior, but hey, who cares :).
