1. Hotel is in a great area, 3rd street is only a short walk away with lots of funky boutiques and restaurants, very well managed, staff very eager to please, helpful and informative, rooms are clean and fully stocked.

7. Overall I was very pleased with my choice of hotel and would love to stay again for a little longer to take advantage of all the inclusions but definately not in a room near the lift.
