4. Things that were great are numerous but to list a few that were important to us: taxi collection - excellent efficient collection for the same rate as standard; arrived really early am and yet the hotel were happy to accomodate two weary travellers with breakfast and early check in; room was great, beds really comfy, pillows full, decor is of a chic quality with many little extras that helped like perc coffee, robes, ice bucket etc.
