All the ice machines were broken, there were feces stains in the toilet, the room was the size of my kitchen, the hallways had ceilings that were claustrophobically low, we had trash (actual trash) piled up next to the Coke machine right outside of our door (and it remained there for three days), the front desk gave me incorrect directions to get there, the attitudinal front desk clerk was rude and told me that, despite what they had told me over the phone, that I did not get an upgraded room, some of the parking lot gates were intermittently closed and locked during certain parts of the day, the uninterested 'wait' staff in the restaurant said they didn't have any soft drinks at all (except for the one very nice gentleman who said he would get us one and went to a coke machine somewhere and produced one), the coffee was cold, the elevators didn't work much of the time,etc, etc.
