1. It is a little expensive but I'm dealing with Houston and traveling alone having that convenience of a decent place to eat is worth a little higher price tag.

3. I've stayed there 3 years now, for convenience, but each year there is some new surprise of total lack of maintenance.

4. Everything was clean, bed was nice and soft, bathroom was new-ish, complementary wifi was great (better and faster than the internet I have at home), shuttle to the Medical Center was convenient and great, and they have an awesome business center with computers and a printer.

10. I f you want convenience to RELIANT make sure you get one of the top 3 floors in main building and it will be ok, otherwise I would not stay in this DUMP.
