1. I had a very good server ithe hostess was hot very helpful i came to her everytime i had question maily because shes pretty an spoke way better then the operator she was very nice to my daughter they checked on us often.

7. Everything was clean, bed was nice and soft, bathroom was new-ish, complementary wifi was great (better and faster than the internet I have at home), shuttle to the Medical Center was convenient and great, and they have an awesome business center with computers and a printer.

8. My room was in the main tower, which I believe has been recently renovated because my room was really nice (a lot better than I would have thought after reading these reviews).
