My wife and i stayed here on Saturday 17th March 2012, and were really well looked after, the room was clean, well presented, the staff were very helpful, upon finding out i was on a 65th birthday treat from my wife, they sent up a cake and a card signed by all the staff, we dined in the upstairs restaurant in the evening and in the downstairs breakfast restaurant in the morning and the service was just as good, the previous night we stayed in a Marriat Hotel in Heathrow and we were happy with that also, thank you to all the staff.

6. The hotel has to pay a few broadband access charges, put up a few security enabled routers, and spend a couple of grand to make thousands of guests happy.
