7. Whilst there are a few positives such as pleasant staff, comfortable rooms, an interesting bar with Saturday night live music, the biggest NEGATIVE is the ridiculous pricing of parking and room service.

9. As a Starwood Gold member we looked for a nice hotel at weekend value for a one night family visit to Houston so thought the 'St Regis' brand would be a pleasant weekend.
