It's spendy and built for business travelers with
big
expense accounts, but you simply won't go wrong if you're looking for a first class hotel.

The rooms are spacious and very well appointed, and a
big
plus for us is that they accept pets.

The hotel is pretty, my room 520 had
big
chips on the outside door, bathroom fixtures were dirty and the bathroom light switch was crooked, Really a 5 star?I was so hoping to be really wow'ed but that underwhelmed me.

Overall, I thought this hotel was a
big
fat waste of money and wish I had stayed at the Houstonian or even the Hampton Inn down the street.

I stayed here about 6 months ago, while I was in Houston for a
big
family event.

I suppose they don't want guest and strangers randomly mixing and interacting in a parking deck, but I found the lack of self-parking for a more reasonable fee burdensome (although one might argue that the land necessary for parking is a
big
cost in this area of town).

00,
big
signs in the room saying that if you take the newspaper bag they will charge you $5 -- just tacky and not in keeping with the other St.

com, only 2 out of the ~18-20 weeks did I receive an upgrade using the Platinum benefit to a suite- The fitness centre is on the small side (
big
hotel, but only 2 treadmills, 2 elipticals, 2 bikes, and limited weights).
