1. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel and they have all outdated equipment and it seemed to be not as clean as it could have been.

2. They could benefit from adding a coffee station or small coffee machine to the rooms, but other than that everything was very clean, sleek, and very comfortable, especially the desk where i had to work many late hours and also the weekends.

4. the hotel staff greeted us showed us to our room and would have waited on us hand and foot if we were so inclined, ( Which we are not )The room was large, clean, and the bed and linens were crisp and clean and comfortable.

6. We did wait, but it's Houston in the summer so it was well over 100 degrees, neither of us in swim suites and we ordered $50 worth of lemonade during the 1:45 we waited for our room to be cleaned.
