8. The hotel reeks of old-world class - fresh flowers everywhere, five-star amenities (although I think their designation of their "spa" is a bit generous given it's size) are great - but the best part about this property is its people.

9. I just read one review and have to agree: the carpets are a bit dirty, the room not fresh smelling (like smoke), mold on the shower curtain, and all the furnishings and paint a bit shabby.
