3. It's just across the road from the University of Oregon and the new basketball stadium, a few minutes walk to a bus stop, close to heaps of different restaurants/fast food, an organic supermarket and a post office.

4. Ideally, the University Inn is right across the street from the brand-spankin' new Matthew Knight Arena, home to the Oregon Ducks basketball team.

7. The furniture and bedding looked new and clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower had good pressure and temperature.

8. In the end, the owner told me we have another room we can put you in (and why didn`t she just offer this in the first place?)I finally gave up, went to the new room, where at least I wouldn`t hear every sound my neigbor made, although the outside noise of the group was pretty intense at times .

9. The carpeting was cheap but new (floor felt like concrete under the carpeting, very cold in the morning), and the bathroom tile also appeared new ( I was not brave enough to use the shower.
