1. An alleged ' non smoking' room smelled like an ashtray.

3. These many issue seem incongruent with special added touches that they do right, like planter boxes with live flowers all around the second floor walk, towels folded into fancy shapes, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, higher end soaps/shampoo, nice looking lobby and landscaping in front.

5. We didn't like that another family was erroneously assigned our room while we were occupying it (family kept trying to access our room until I opened the door and told them to return to the front desk).

7. The University Inn is an aging 50s motor inn, like your standard Motel 6, with exterior corridors that prohibit opening your curtains if you want any privacy.

8. I didn't like the location, I didn't feel safe walking around, there were questionable people staying at this Inn and food is very expensive in this area (3 small personal sized pizza's cost $17 US).
