1. It's just across the road from the University of Oregon and the new basketball stadium, a few minutes walk to a bus stop, close to heaps of different restaurants/fast food, an organic supermarket and a post office.

3. The positives are lots of tv channels, location, small table with 2 chairs, & they had a microwave, hairdryer, iron, sm pool, fast speed internet, & frig (don't know if they worked).
