1. The rooms themselves are small and old but it's one of those experiences you take advantage of because it is an old and historic hotel the accommodations are more than reasonable for the price and location in downtown.

7. The good part- this hotel is very close to Comerica Park and Ford Field, the room rates were reasonable, and the staff were surprisingly enthusiastic (I think "Bohemian" is the best description).
