1. the comforter had a bunch of cigarette holes in it(all rooms are no smoking now), and it had some stains(ripped that off and threw it on the floor).

2. If you need a dingy crash pad and don't mind furnishing that look like they haven't been updated since 1986, then the Milner might be ok for you, but if security, comfort, and a level of convenience that is at LEAST as good as what you have at home are important, MOVE ON.
