1. Great value and location in downtown Detroit our room was clean, the staff was helpful and the price was about half as much as the other hotels in the area.

The security guard was friendly and extremely helpful; the evening front desk attendant was bored, rude, and wouldn't even call a taxi for me one night (I stood in front of her and called several companies that wouldn't pick up their phones before finding one) and any question asked of her was met with a sullen, 'I couldn't tell you.

7. everyone was very nice an helpful , the free breakfast is wonderful make your own waffles , fresh fruit , juice , ceral, muffin etc all you could eat it was great area is safe we walk to hockeytown for dinner an stayed late an walk back also walk to greektown no problems .
