1. Lastly, the bell-hops were friendly however, on MORE than one occasion mentioned that, while they couldn't solicit tips, they were welcome (so basically asking for it).

3. The first thing that struck us about the Teatro were the three guys at the valet desk on the street at 7pm - there was a small blizzard picking up and they were all out there mustered by their Bell Captain - smiling, helpful and welcoming.

4. I had a nice experience with the sales (Logan who responded to me very quickly), the Front Desk (Phil who helped me on site with the welcome packets and rooming list), the Bellmans (Gabriel who gave me good directions and advise for restaurants and bars, Jason and Damien who are really nice.
