4. The bed was extremely comfortable, great Aveda products in the bathroom, turn-down service, relatively clean rooms and polite staff at the restaurant and front desk.

10. I was here for the NCAA Women's Final Four event and my only qualms about this hotel was that room was a bit tad small and my internet connection kept going out requiring me to constantly re-connect to the internet, other than that this hotel is great.
