1. That is not to say that it was problem-free, but the way in which the problems were handled actually enhanced our stay.

At reception, the delightful young ladies gave us a great rate and we were escorted to a terrific room - huge tub, massive shower and twin basins, free wifi, much needed drinks served to us in the room, the mattress toppers were exceptional and sooooo comfortable - then we discovered that we had stumbled upon an exceptional restaurant as well -Kevin Taylor was not a name I knew but the food was excellent - we were tired after travelling and opted for the Cafe rather than main restaurant but the food and service were excellent.

7. The lighting in the huge bathroom was poor, but they did provide a lighted makeup mirror I liked the way they didn't nickel and dime us as some high end hotels do--the Internet was free as well as the bottled water and the Wall Street Journal.

8. We utilized the free shuttle they offer to go to a night club in the area, which was very nice to have (prevents drunk driving, no need to park anywhere, and the operator was very friendly).

10. The room has an Ihome docking station, LCD TV, free WiFi (not always working), free newspaper and did I mention the fabulous bed :-)The bathroom has everything you need.
