5. I don't like this new W layout where the bathroom and the room are in the same space and where you enter the room through the bathroom - makes me feel like I'm sleeping in the bathroom.

Located in the same block as the arena and also directly next door to the hotel is one of the news studios for WFAA Channel 8 where they shoot live news segments and shows daily so you may have a chance to get on tv sometimes or you may see one of your favorite artists or one of their special guests in the studio during the taping or airing of the show.

8. Each time a new issue would come up (from being given rooms that was absolutely not what I had reserved, to terrible service at front desk, to issues with room service and potentially dirty food).
