1. I have stayed at the W three times now, and every time come away with the feeling that although it has some very nice points, it is generally overpriced in terms of what it actually delivers.

Finally received a free coffee from room service to make up for it but seriously: If 'what ever when ever' can't do THAT, I wonder what they do if you ask for anything more than what would be expected anyway in a room of this price range? Not good enough but typical for Ws in general in our experience.

6. I've stayed at W Hotels all around the world and they are all generally modern and usually attracts a certain scene so people should know what to expect when staying here.
