1. Avoid the business center, which charges very high prices for computer access and to print documents -- something that many competing hotels offer for free.

Finally received a free coffee from room service to make up for it but seriously: If 'what ever when ever' can't do THAT, I wonder what they do if you ask for anything more than what would be expected anyway in a room of this price range? Not good enough but typical for Ws in general in our experience.

10. they proceeded to tell us that we would be able to get in through the hotel enterence located inside and that we could charge our cover charge (women free, men $15) to our room and would pay upon check out.
