1. I would say it is better average, by staying here, you will not regret, but by staying elsewhere, you will be OK too :-).

7. Combine that with the hidden hotel directory (mentioned several times here), the semi-clean room (fingerprints and dust everywhere) and the high priced snacks, and you'd be better off at any # of hotels in the area.
