Having said that :-- The room was a good size- The bed was comfy- The staff were good and attentive- All fixtures, fittings and comp soaps were of good quality- The broadband worked and was not a rip off - The waitresses in the bar were very foxy - The grab and go coffee and muffins in the morning were goodBut :-- There was a super loud aircon unit in a duct by my bed.

10. I'm with 407Gator, you cannot deny the fabulousness of the room, the Bliss spa toiletries, the shower, and the comfy robes, the subdued walls, the wall-mounted tv, Voss water, high ceilings, etc.
